What Are BMW Retractable Headlight Washers?

BMW retractable headlight washers are hidden nozzles that spray washer fluid onto the headlights in order to clean them. If the headlights are switched on when the windshield washer is activated the system will clean the headlights as well. The nozzle is retracted until use, when it extends and shoots high pressure washing solution onto the headlights, removing ice, road salt, mud, or other debris in order to ensure that the lights can provide as much illumination as possible.
