If you are torn on whether you should go for the 228i coupe or spend a little bit more cash on the M235i coupe, then a new package for the 228i may convince you to go with the former. BMW has announced a Track Handling Package available for the 228i. The package comes with a number of goodies found on the M235i such as BMW's M Adaptive Suspension that lowers the vehicle by 0.4 inches, Variable Sport Steering, larger front and rear brakes, and eighteen-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. No changes are made to the turbocharged 2.0L TwinPower four-cylinder. A six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic are your transmission choices.

BMW is keeping mum on the price until the package goes on sale later this summer.
